  1. ASSESSMENT — Upfront and post-training assessment to establish your current effectiveness in disciple making.
  2. TRAINING — Upfront cohort-based training in the Trust and Follow Jesus model—a simple, effective, and reproducible model.
  3. COACHING — Monthly cohort-based coaching with an experienced disciple maker.

Description

The Trust & Follow Jesus model includes the following characteristics:

  • Micro-sized group: Consists of 3-5 people, which is the most easily reproduced size.
  • Gender-specific: Groups are of the same gender to be most flexible with men’s and women’s busy schedules.
  • Evangelistic: This model includes sharing the gospel and teaching on baptism.
  • Lordship-focused: Teaches the Lordship and Kingship of Jesus through relational rhythms.

The Four Phases

  1. Prayer, preparation, and apprentice selection.
  2. 4-6 weeks agreement and spiritual auto-biographies.
  3. Trust and Follow Jesus (book study).
  4. Multiplication or 12-month extension—New Testament chapter-a-day discovery questions.

Note: Multiplication pathway in 6 months or 18-month extension.
