Paralyzed or Mobilized Faith Responds to Crisis with Surrender and Action

  • Uncertainty can leave people frozen in fear, but faith gives Christians a better way to respond when the world feels unstable.
  • Isaac’s example in Genesis 26 shows that surrendering to God does not mean doing nothing; it means listening carefully and acting obediently.
  • Believers can move forward in crisis by humbly seeking God’s direction, investing faithfully in the future, and trusting him with the outcome.

In this cultural moment, it is natural for us to be paralyzed with uncertainty. Yet the Bible shows us a better way forward.
