Paul has served as the Lead Pastor of White Flag since March of 2008. After 13 years in youth ministry Paul felt called to take on the challenge of transitioning a struggling church into a healthy and growing one. God has blessed White Flag since his arrival and the church has more than tripled in size. He is a graduate of Johnson University, with both his Bachelors in Youth Ministry & Preaching and a Masters in New Testament. Paul is blessed with a wonderful wife, Julia, two adult children and three grandchildren.

Josh Howard
Josh Howard has lived in India since 2008 and has a passion to see the Kingdom of God spread throughout the world through raising up disciples who make disciples, leaders who create leaders, and churches that plant churches. In 2015, he launched a ministry called “Ignite,” which has seen over 38,000 churches started in about 9 years through movements of multiplication. Josh currently serves as the Global Mobilization Catalyst for E3 Partners and Director of Vision and Mobilization for Discipleship.org. Josh and his wife, Lashi and the three kids Jeremiah, Josiah and Zara live in the Indianapolis area.

Ashlee Catizon is a youth leader for The Crossings Church in St. Charles County Missouri. Ashlee and RJ married in December 2003, and now have four children: Shaneece, Malachi, Hadessah, and Gabrien. In 2004, along with about 30 others, they relocated to be part of The Crossings church plant. Since that time, she has been serving as the youth ministry leader, alongside RJ, and in the worship ministry for almost 20 years. Ashlee has a passion for helping the younger generation know that their life is valuable, that they can get through the hard years of High School, that God designed them to live for a greater purpose and that they cannot only survive but thrive. This passion stems from her own experiences as a teenager and believing that God could perhaps use her in helping others to avoid the pitfalls and lies from Satan at such a defining age.

Clayton Hentzel is the Lead Pastor at The Crossing – a multisite church gathering in 11 locations across three states. Clayton has been with The Crossing since 2004 and received a Bachelor of Theology from Ozark Christian College.
