It was good to hear from people in the trenches doing it\, not the famous people who normally speak at conferences because they can draw a crowd. It didn’t feel like I was attending a commercial or time-share sales spiel. The speaker lineup was superb\, as was the thoughtfulness of the entire organization. From the spiritual to the practical to the relational I felt like everything actually encouraged and equipped me for boots on the ground ministry.
